Our Story
In the 2023/24 season, we joined the Essex County Women's Football League, commencing in Division three. It was an outstanding inaugural season for our new team, finishing runners up in second place. The women managed to hit the back of the net a whopping 83 times and only conceding 10, this stat was achieved in as little as 14 games.
We are looking forward to the upcoming season, eager to keep building on our progress and preparing for the next challenge ahead. PROMOTION!
The Manager
Rosi Webb
Rosi is a dedicated coach developer working in the female game, reflecting her coaching style where players are her top priority. She finds fulfillment in assisting players with their growth, challenging them to step outside their comfort zones, and pushing them to reach their full potential.
Her playing style involves players feeling at ease with the ball, having the liberty to explore and innovate in an environment where making mistakes is permissible, allowing players to try again without the fear of failure.
Rosi said "I am super excited to kick off the new season with our current players and incoming new talents so that we can get to work on the pitch. It's an exciting time for both teams, and I am confident that the collaboration between management teams with myself and Luke will lead to successful seasons for both the reserves and the first team".
